The Timesheet reconciliations tab in a job is used to manage and track and remind submission of time sheet entries for mobilized staff for a job /project.
You can use this section in the following ways:
1. Staff requiring to fill in a timesheet entry but have not done so:
When the worked / mobilized date has passed the black mobilized hours column should match the green timesheet hours column, if there is a an amount of - hours in RED in the reconciliation column this means that there is a timesheet entry missing for that mobilization.
2. Remind the staff to submit their overdue timesheet entry:
We can remind the staff member that they have not submitted a timesheet entry for hours worked or submit personal leave by pressing the blue Comment Icon next to the Red - hours requiring to be submitted in a timesheet. Type any necessary message and press Send.
3. How do i know that a timesheet has been reconciled for a job?:
You will notice that a reconciliation of timesheets has been completed for a job when there are no - Hours in Red for any mobilization.
4. Notify staff their timesheet is reconciled:
You can notify mobilized staff that their timesheet entry has been received and reconciled, by pressing the blue Comment Icon next to the grey 0.0 hours of each mobilization. Type any necessary message and press Send.
