SprintSuite now allows you to copy existing jobs, making the job creation process faster and more efficient. This new feature lets you duplicate job details and quotes from an existing job to a new one. This article will guide you through the steps to use the job copying feature and explain its benefits.
How to Copy a Job
Locate the Job:

- Navigate to the Jobs section in SprintSuite and find the job you wish to copy.
Copy the Job:
- Look for the Copy icon located to the far right of the job entry.
- Click on the Copy icon. This action will create a new job with the same details and quotes as the original job.
The below pop up will appear when you click on the copy icon. Click OK to proceed.
Review and Adjust:
- After the job is copied, review the new job’s details to ensure accuracy.
- Make any necessary adjustments, such as updating dates, staff assignments, or other specific details.
