In Sprintsuite a Job is a task/piece of work that usually involves payment or exchange of finances, you can customize a job with the following options:
- Start and end dates – choose a start and completion date
- Status – Pending, Scheduled, Work in Progress, Cancelled, Lost ect
- Department (primary and secondary) – allocate the job to a specific department and sub department
- Client – allocate the job to a specific client
- Location – allocate the job to a specific site and nominate the staff contact details of the site
- Purchase orders – allocate a budget or purchase orders to the job, and who is the PO requestor and their contact details
- Timesheet type – rostered based timesheet or field service and nominate the budgeted hours for the job
- Responsible staff – allocate the job to a specific staff member for their action
- Description – add specific details of the job as a body of text
- Optional details – you can nominate the job as a rolling job ( have the financial reporting split into % of the total costs allocated to a certain month)
