Reporting and staff hour utilization

The Hour utilization section in the reporting tab is used to monitor the disbursement of labour / mobilized hours for each department in your company.

This feature is used in conjunction with the Swings Tab in each staff profile. The swings tab allows you to nominate the availability of each staff for hours of work, like 2 weeks on 1 week off, 7 days day shift 2 days off then 7 days night shift. If you do not enter swings in each staff profile the system will believe your staff have unlimited availability which may affect the hour utilization available hours results.

Each department will have the total hours displayed in the following categories:

Available hours (Total hours the system believes your staff are available according to Swings in each staff profile)

Booked (Total Hours presented in uploaded timesheets)

Remaining hours (Total remaining hours of staff that have not been mobilized / time sheeted)

You can also see the booked  hours  % per client in the pie charts underneath each department.

A bar chart will show up in the bottom of the screen to show the booked mobilized hours and remaining hours available per department.
