The general reporting tab allows you to generate CSV and PDF reports on the following areas.
- Jobs - Work in progress - you can filter by divisions and job status if needed
- Job - Status - you can filter by divisions and job status if needed
- Staff mobilizations - filter per staff member
- Job - Mobilizations report - see staff mobilizations per job.
- Pay run report - filter by job or staff and department.
- Department Invoice report - compiles reports on approved invoices per department.
- OEM (outsourced) contractor hours - can be filtered by shift type, department, trade and client.
- Contractor export - can be filtered by shift type, department, trade and client.
- Track import - generate track data reports by dates.
- Budgets report - generate reports on department budgets
- Staff expiry dates report - generate reports on staff license and ticket expiry
- Timesheet reconciliation report - show any discrepancies between budgeted hours and timesheet hours per job
- Timesheet entry invoice report - generate report on invoiced labor per client
