When you log into your portal click in the Reporting tab and select the Financial Report.
Have the option to filter the report by a specific Department or you can select multiple.
To make sure this function is available. You need to select the staff member, then click the Account tab in the staff profile. Under User Controls you will need to toggle on the Multiple Departments for Financial Report.
Turning on this toggle will allow this user to run the Financial Report with multiple departments. Please note this user must also have read/write access to the permission for the Financial Report.
This Admin User can now filter by Department when accessing the Financial Report.
