IMPORTANT- To enable this feature the timesheet type in your job needs to be set to Roster Based and Timesheet frequency to Daily.
Login to the Staff App and select the job number under My Schedule.
Click on the menu bar function at the top right corner where the below headings will appear for the job. Then click on Timesheets.
Click on Add Time.
Fill in the details below:
1.Select your Trade.
2. Shift Type.
3. Start date.
4. Start Time.
5. End date.
6. Fill in the Description field.
7. Scope of work completed field.
8. Consumables used field.
9. Select an Asset from the drop-down list.
10. Upload a photo.
11. Select Were you were delayed.
12. Save Entry.
When you have completed your timesheet, this will be available under my MY TIMESHEET. Staff Users have now successfully submitted a timesheet giving Admin Users more visibility of their day.
To view timesheet entries Admin Users, need to click on the Timesheets tab within the job. You can view Description of the job by clicking on the eye icon. To view all fields that was entered in the timesheet click on the page icon at the end.
Here Admin Users can view the Description, Scope of work completed, and consumables used that was entered on the Staff Users timesheet.
To view the photo the Staff User uploaded on the timesheet go to the Photos tab within the job.
Alternatively, Admin Users can export the Daily Claim Sheet please click here to view this feature.
