When configuring your jobs, the 'bulk sign off' option allows one designated staff member, mobilised to the job, to collect client sign-offs. Once obtained, all timesheets for the job are locked. It's advisable to communicate to the team who should secure the sign-off and ensure everyone submits their timesheets before this step. If, for any reason, the client sign-off precedes timesheet entries, and a team member can't submit their timesheet, administrators can reset the password. To initiate this, they should navigate to the timesheet tab of the specific job and select 'reset sign off.'
