Step 1: Log In

Open the SprintSuite app on your device.

Enter your PIN to log in.

Once logged in, locate and tap on the Timesheets section from the main menu.
Step 2: Request Leave
- Within the Timesheets section, click on Request Leave.
- Enter the required leave details, such as:
- Leave type (e.g., annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave)
- Start and end dates and time
- Any additional notes or reason for leave
- You can also upload a supporting document if required

Tap the Submit Request button to send your leave request for approval.
Step 3: Confirmation

Once submitted, you can see your request as pending until it has been approved by your supervisor.

You will need to check back in the Timesheets section to see if your request has been approved or declined.
How Admin Users Can Approve Leave Requests
Admin users can manage leave requests through the Staff Times section:
- Go to the Leave Requests tab.
- In this tab, you'll find all pending requests listed under the "Pending" section. From here, you can:
- Approve or Reject requests.
- Edit requests if necessary.
- Download any uploaded documents associated with the request.
- To be eligible to approve leave requests, ensure you are set up as a Leave Approver in the Settings > Departments> Leave Approvers section.
- Additionally, you'll receive an email notification whenever there are new leave requests to review.
- Search Filters: You can view past requests using the search filters.
- Filter by:
- Comment
- Start and End Date
- Leave Type
- Status
- Staff
Admin Users Creating Leave Requests:
- Admin users can create leave requests for staff who are off by clicking on the Create Leave Request button.
- Then, select:
- Leave Type
- Staff
- Start and End Date
- Comments
- Upload a document if applicable.
Tip: If a staff member's name is not appearing, it means you are not set up as a Leave Approver for their department.
