To activate this feature, navigate to General within the Settings menu. Flip the switch for Email Clients Timesheets, and a pop-up message confirming your changes will appear. Once this option is enabled, the system will automatically send a PDF copy of the daily claim sheet to the email address provided by the client during sign-off.
After a timesheet has been signed by the client, the staff member responsible for submission should also sign their timesheet to confirm the accuracy of the hours entered. To do this within the staff portal, follow these steps:

Go to the Timesheet Approvals tab.

Then click on your company approval tab.
Fill in First Name, Last Name, Sign and then click on Approve Timesheet.
Are you sure you want to approve this timesheet with appear. Click on OK.
After both client and staff member have signed, within the staff app under the job tab Timesheet Approvals, a green tick will appear under company approval to signify the staff member has signed, a purple tick will appear under CLIENT APPROVAL to signify the client has not yet signed.
The client will need to fill in First Name, Last Name, Email and sign. Then click on Approve Time Sheet.(After approving this job, staff will no longer be able to add/edit/remove time on the job. Please ensure the job is complete). This will now send your client an email PDF of the daily claim sheet.
Below is the DAILY CLAIM SHEET when exported.
Admin also have the option to manually send a PDF daily claim sheet to a specific client for approval email from the admin portal.
Open the job number where the specific client-signed timesheet is logged, click on the Timesheets tab, click on Email for approval.
Enter the client’s First Name, Last Name and Client Email, click send.
Upon the client’s digital sign off, this will be registered as client approved within the specific job within the admin portal.
