You can only enter timesheets for jobs you're scheduled for in your My Schedule section. Select the job you want to enter a timesheet for.
To enter a timesheet within a job, click the three lines at the top of the screen, and select Timesheets from the menu.
You will see previous timesheet entries you have made towards the bottom, click the Add Time button.
Complete your timesheet details by entering your trade, start and end date. The shift type will pre-populate automatically, but you will need to add the respective times. If you're assigned to a project, the select Task option will appear. In the designated field, include a description, specify the scope of work completed, and note any consumables used. If applicable select the asset type and indicate the number of assets utilised. You can also upload photos if needed. Confirm if there were any delays, and finally, save your entry.
Your timesheet has been successfully uploaded to the job in the admin portal, where it awaits manager approval and processing for payroll. You can also view your timesheet entry listed in the timesheets tab of the job within.
If you require on-site client approval or sign-off for your timesheet, please follow these steps:
Go into the job, and click on Timesheets, next click on the Approvals tab.
Begin by clicking the Company Approval button. This action will redirect you to a section where you'll be prompted to endorse your own timesheet entries before they are submitted for the client's signature. Sign your name in the designated box and then click on the Approve Timesheet button to confirm.
Next press the the Client Approval button.
Next, the client should enter their name and contact email in the respective fields and provide their signature in the box at the bottom of the page. After completing these steps, they should scroll down and click on the Approve Timesheet button to finalise the process.
You will now be taken back to the timesheet screen to see your timesheets have been approved by the client.
