Accessing Timesheet Settings in SprintSuite:
Go to the "Settings" menu.
Navigate to the "Billable Companies" section.
Enabling Missing Timesheet Notifications:
Within the "Billable Companies" settings, look for Missing Timesheet notifications SMS.
Enable the checkbox for missing timesheet notifications.
Configuring Notification Frequency:
Choose between daily or weekly notification frequency.
If selecting daily, set the time and timezone for notifications. If opting for weekly, specify the day, time, and timezone.
Choosing Recipients:
Notifications will be sent to anyone who is mobilised and has missed their timesheet.
