Access Your Settings:

- Log in to your account and navigate locations in settings.
Edit Location:
- You should see a list of your organization's locations. Select the location for which you want to add an External Location ID and click on it to edit the details. You will find a field labeled "External Location ID". This is where you will input the unique identifier for this location. You will be able to source this by logging into your Employment Hero. Ensure that this ID accurately represents the location, as it will be used in the Pay Run Export Report.
- After entering the External Location ID, be sure to save your changes. Scroll to the end of the page and 'Update Location.'
Now, when you generate the pay run export report, you will find the External Location ID number conveniently displayed in the designated field. This ID is readily available for you to upload into Employment Hero, simplifying the process of processing the pay run.
