In the Staff Times > Leave Requests tab, when attempting to create a leave request on behalf of your staff, you may encounter a situation where clicking "Select Staff" yields no visible options. Wondering why this might be the case?
To address this issue, ensure that you have configured yourself as a leave approver first. Navigate to Settings > Departments, select the relevant department for which you wish to create leave requests, and click on the "Edit" option. Proceed to the "Leave Approvers" tab and designate yourself accordingly.
Choose your name from the dropdown menu and click "Add Leave Approver" to complete the setup successfully. Subsequently, when creating a leave request, your staff members assigned to the department will now be visible.
