- Once you are logged in to SprintSuite you can click the ‘Registers’ tab in the sidebar. In the Registers dropdown, click the ‘Staff Register’.
 - From here you can search for the staff member you want to edit.
 - Click on the ‘view’ link on the right of the staff member to view their Staff Profile.
 - In the Staff Profile, click the account tab.
 - In the top right corner of the screen you will see a deactivate button.
 - Click the deactivate button to deactivate the staff profile.
 - This staff member will no longer be able to login to their account and you will now a seat available for another new staff profile.
