- Once you are logged in to SprintSuite you can click the ‘Registers’ tab in the sidebar. In the Registers dropdown, click the ‘Staff Register’.
 - From here you can search for the staff member you want to edit.
 - Click on the ‘view’ link on the right of the staff member to view their Staff Profile.
 - In the Staff Profile, click the account tab.
 - In the account tab there is a dropdown labelled ‘User type’, you can click this dropdown to and select the desired user type.
 - If there are not enough seats to change the user type you will see an error message with a link to update the seats for your organisation.
 - Once you have selected the desired user type, click the update button next to the dropdown to save your changes.
