Let's go over how to setup a staff member to receive an email notification when your company qualifications expire.
Click on Registers>Click on View of the chosen staff member>Account
Under User Controls toggle on Send This User Staff Expiry Emails.
The pop-up message will appear once it's toggled on. This staff member will be notified by email of expired qualifications helping you stay compliant and avoiding any unnecessary disruptions to your business.
