Upon logging in, select Staff Times. To add time, choose between productive time (linked to a job) and non-productive time (unlinked to a job) after clicking Add Time.
Clicking Producing Time triggers a screen where you input details. Choose staff/s, shift, trade, start/end date, start/end time, select your job or project number, if you select a project number then select your cost code, add any comments, and save. A confirmation popup appears after saving.
NB. The jobs that will appear from the list will be 'WIP', 'Scheduled with no PO' and 'WIP progress claims'. Cost codes only appear if you select a project. Also if you select multiple staff, ensure they all have the same shift type in their payrate template; otherwise, the shift will not appear in the shift type dropdown or when they submit a timesheet.
Clicking Non-Producing Time displays a pop-up. Pick staff, non-producing type, start/end date, start/end time, comments (if any), and save.
Timesheet entries will be highlighted in red for approval.For instructions on approving timesheets, click here.
To edit a timesheet click on the pencil icon at the end of the timesheet entry. Once you have updated the timesheet click Save.
Click Void if you wish to void the entry. The status of the timesheet will be updated to voided.
