This feature provides more control and flexibility to our admin users, allowing them to ensure their charge-out rates are always up-to-date and accurate.
Select the client for whom you want to update the Staff and Asset Rates by going to Settings>Clients.
Select Staff Rates. Choose a trade, a shift type, a cost rate, and a charge-out rate.
NB: Trades and Shift types can be changed in Settings.
Then click the Create Staff Rate button.
Once you have successfully filled in your information, a pop-up will appear. It will be visible and the status will be active. To edit or deactivate the rate, click the three dots. Your staff rates will now appear when you quote on a field service job or project.
Select Asset Rates>Create Asset Rate from the menu.
Choose your asset from the drop-down menu, then enter your cost rate and charge out rate.
NB: The assets that will appear are those that have been configured in your asset register.
Once you have successfully filled in your information, a pop-up will appear. It will be visible and the status will be active. To edit or deactivate the rate, click the three dots. Your assets will now appear when you are quoting within a project.
To include an item rate, select "Create Item Rate."
Fill in your item name, description, cost rate and charge out rate.
Once you have filled in the fields and created the item a pop up message will appear. These items will now appear when you quote within a project.
