The clients tab allows you to collate, edit and maintain the clients that you work with and supply labour or charges to.
Click on Clients in your Settings. Then click on Add New.
This will bring up the Create New Client Modal that requires the Admin User to enter details of the new client.
Handy Hint- Vendor number is just a reference number allocated to this client you can use the same reference number you have in your accounting software if you like. The Track Agreement section is used to nominate any Track Agreement you have with your client.
Once you press Save your client will appear in the list of Clients in the Client Tab, from which you can then press the Edit Icon to gain access to the Client Contacts Tab to enter any contacts necessary.
Handy Hint-Every Client in this list will also filter through to the Billable Company Client tab. In the Billable Company Clients tab your client can be linked to a pre-existing customer in Xero, or you can create a new customer in Xero with your Client details in SprintSuite.
Edit Clients
To edit an existing client, press the Pencil Icon next to each Client Name.
This will bring up the Clients Details for you to review and edit, and also provide a separate tab called Client Contacts.
In the Client Contacts tab, this will provide a list of contacts and or site supervisors for each client that can be used when creating a Job or Project in SprintSuite. You can Search / Edit / Deactivate and create new Client Contacts from this tab.
