In Sprintsuite a task is a piece of work/item requiring attention. Some tasks are automatically generated in response to system inputs, you can also create a new task for yourself or other staff members on the portal.
Let's go through how to create a task. Once you have logged in click on the Tasks tab on the left-hand side of the screen.n From the tasks screen you will see all your allocated tasks, you can filter this list by showing tasks to be actioned by a certain date, you can also see tasks you created and allocated to another staff member.
Click on Add Task button, which is located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Fill in the Task Title, Due Date, Time, a Description of the task, Task Type, assign to a specific staff member, and attach any necessary files/photos to create your task. Click Create Task.
This will now show up in the assigned staff member's My tasks list and also can be found in Assigned by me tab of your own task tab.
