Once a job has been invoiced, it's important to ensure that unauthorized changes are not made to the job. Super admin users can control user access to job edits during invoiced status, you can maintain the integrity of your records and ensure that financial information remains accurate.
In Settings>Roles and Permissions under JOB PERMISSIONS you will see Edit invoiced job status.
When selecting Read or None users will not be able to change the job status. When selecting Read and write users will be able to change the job status.
