- You can only remove Seats from your account that aren’t linked to a Staff Profile.
- Once you are logged in to SprintSuite you can click on the settings dropdown in the top bar and you will see an option at the bottom labelled User Accounts / Subscription.
- In this screen you will see how many Seats are being used by Staff Profiles.
- In the screen you will see how many Seats you have left. The amount of seats you have left are the Seats you can remove from your organisation. If you have zero left this means that all Seats are being used by Staff Profiles.
- If you have zero left and you still wish to remove Seats you will have to deactivate some staff profiles.
- Once you have deactivated staff profiles you'll see that you have more than 0 left.
- You can now reduce the number of seats by either typing in a new number or using the minus button.
- Click save changes once done.
