To add your list of accommodations to your portal, simply click on the Accommodation tab on the left-hand side. From there, you can create a new accommodation by clicking the Create Accommodation button. This feature allows you to easily manage and access your list of accommodations in one convenient location.
When creating a new accommodation, make sure to include the name of the accommodation and its location details in the Description field. You can also specify whether it is SprintSuite Managed Accommodation or not. Once you've entered all the necessary information, simply click Create and you're all set!
To book accommodation for your staff, simply head to the staff member's profile that you wish to book for. From there, navigate to the Accommodation tab and select Book Accommodation.
Update the Check-in date and Check-out date fields as necessary, and click the Search.
After you have searched and found available accommodations that match your staff member's stay dates, simply click the Book button next to the appropriate accommodation. (If the accommodation you are trying to book is not managed within Sprintsuite, you will see a pop-up message that prompts you to check availability with the provider).
"Don't forget to add any necessary booking notes in the designated field before selecting BOOK IN to finalize the booking.
Your booking has now been successfully completed. Your staff member's accommodation is all set and ready for their stay.
Staff users can now view their accommodation information directly from their mobile under the Accommodation section.
To view your booked accommodation, simply click on the Accommodation Scheduler tab. Here you can see an overview of all the accommodation bookings you have made for your staff members. This feature makes it easy to keep track of who is staying where and when ensuring a smooth and hassle-free accommodation management process.
With the Accommodation Scheduler, you'll have a comprehensive overview of where all of your staff members are booked.
