When you CREATE A PURCHASE REQUEST either within a job or the Purchases tab. Click on the Upload Line Items tab.
The Upload PR Line Items page will appear.
Click on Download Template. The purchase items template CSV will appear on the top right corner of your screen.
Fill in your list of items in the CSV. Item, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Tax Type and Unit Type. Save the CSV to your computer ready to upload.
Upload your CSV file by clicking on Upload Files. Then click on Upload PR Line Items.
Your list of items will populate under the Purchase Request Items section. Admin users can proceed to complete the Create Purchase Request page.
Please click here if you would like to add products and product codes to your suppliers which will always appear in the Select Product drop-down list. This feature will auto-populate the description field, tax type and unit price.
