You can manage your stock and materials with this feature by adding them to the Inventory tab on the left side of your portal.
To begin adding items to your inventory, click Add Item.
Fill in the Item Code, Item Name, Cost Price, Sale Price (Optional), Quantity (Optional), and Units fields before clicking Add Item.
When the update is complete, the pop-up below will appear. All of your active items will then appear. To edit the item, click the pencil icon. If you want to deactivate the item, click the three dots.
Once your items are set up, you have a wide range of options for searching and filtering.
To filter by items that you have activate or deactivated, click on the Actions field.
After adding all your inventory and materials into the portal, you should be able to see these items when creating quotations for your clients. Keep an eye out for the next software release, where you will be able to view your inventory while quoting.
